The Strategy & Emergent Business Unit held the “Strategy Workshop 2” on Monday 7/11/2016 at Business Launch Area – Al Ayuni H.Q.

This workshop gathers the company’s top executives, which should allow to have a clear picture of the market and setting the strategic direction for our company.

The objectives of the workshop are:

  • Gaining understanding on the impact of NTP 2020.
  • Identify the future growth markets in KSA.
  • Understanding the current Al Ayuni capabilities.
  • Identify how the current capabilities match the future demand.
  • Agree on what capabilities will need to be developed.
  • Define key strategic initiatives to enter new markets and change existing markets in decline.
