AL-AYUNI’s management considers Governance as the fundamental factor for success. Accordingly, AL-AYUNI established the Corporate Governance Office (CGO) as part of the new business model resulted from the strategic transformation program to strengthen corporate governance and excellence at different areas and levels.
The CGO is responsible to control, maintain and support other functions to adhere to the entire governance activities. CGO creates, improves, and sustains the organizational framework including processes, procedures, and templates required to respond to the multiple governance needs of the business and operations. CGO also provides comprehensive performance reports to the top management.
Along with these controlling responsibilities, CGO is also responsible for the delivery management of strategic initiatives identified by the CEO and senior management.
